Clanetta M. Boone, also known by her stage name "Bo'na," pronounced (bo-nay) is a biracial Singer who resides in  Baltimore, Maryland,.

 

 Bo'na had the desire to pursue her lifelong dreams as a soloist and portrait painter. She had problems contemplating on which of the two talents could turn into a career.

 

She started off singing as a vocalist in local talent shows performing at clubs and outdoors events without much success; so she stopped and enrolled into college to enhance her painting skills as an visual artist.

 

By the end of the second school semester, Bo'na was drawn back to her homemade music stage in her studio; A place where she felt most comfortable with being herself.

 

Inspired by her top six favorite artist's; Whitney Houston, Diana Ross, Minnie Riperton, Mary J. Blige, Janet Jackson, and Madonna. Bo'na continued practicing their songs, which sparked a vision that this was truly the place she belongs; on stage performing. So, she decided to walk out on faith and form a band.

Shortly after with much success, Bo'na' heartfelt vocals quickly open doors to performing and sharing the stage with internationally known artists such as Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes, (Greg Hill } Delfonics, Blue Magic ,The Mary Jane Girls, First Class, The Spindles, The Intruders, {Van Fields} Stylistics, and other well known groups.

 

 

Bo'na is grateful for her supporting followers and friends, who attend shows and send encouraging messages of pursuing her singing career.

 

 

She specializes in Disco Classics, R&B, and today's modern Soul Music; surprisingly, she also does impersonations of Michael Jackson and Diana Ross.

 

 

Bo'na is a multitalented artist. She is a highly skilled portrait painter ,animated graphic designer  with the abilities to make some amazing creative flyers. There's no telling what she may do next. Bo'na is the process of recording her first solo album and will truly give her heart and soul to entertain you.
